What is paid4u.com? paid4u.com is nothing more than an encouragement to follow Jesus' teachings of giving in secret and to secretly direct the recipients to this website by secretly getting a paid4u.com card to them. Once they visit the site, they will see that the reason a stranger paid for their debt is because that person loves and follows Jesus' teachings who paid the ultimate debt for all of us and it encourages them to find more about Jesus and to seek out a local church where they can do so.

Why don't you present the entire gospel? paid4u.com is prayerfully intended to be a "seed planting ministry". We recognize that there are many tremendous churches, ministries and outreach programs out there that do present the entire gospel of Jesus, be we also recognize the need for ministries such as paid4u.com that show Jesus to others by simple actions and to not turn off even the most extreme of unbelievers. We also recognize that all ministries have a unique part or role to play in the Kingdom.  In a sense, it's like the Body of Christ...there are many parts that do different functions, but together, they all make up the entire body. We absolutely pray that the every recipient know and accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior and we pray that paid4u.com can spark a desire to seek Him.  We believe that paid4u.com is best described by the famous quote of St. Francis of Assisi; "Preach the Gospel -- if necessary, use words."   There is a lot to be said for showing Christ by our actions.  We have no doubt that God will use the actions of paid4u.com participants in that way.

Why give secretly? Jesus says in Matthew 6:3-4a, "But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, 4so that your giving may be in secret." Jesus knew that this practice teaches us to not only be generous, but humble as well. In verse 2, He references others who announced loudly "with trumpets" when they gave and states that they have received their reward in full. In other words, their recognition is an earthly one seen by other people. However, when we give in secret and with humility, it is God alone who sees what we've done and as Jesus states, He will reward you for that.

Does anyone make money off of this? Absolutely not. There is no money to be made. The blessing of one individual generously giving to another is between them and them alone.

Is this a recruitment or membership drive? No. paid4u.com is not part of any kind of church membership drive nor is it even promoting a particular church or denomination. It is a simple biblical concept of giving in secret. The unique aspect about paid4u.com is the website that serves as a common point of communication of a consistent message.

Does this cost anything to participate? Not really, but it's up to you or your church to decided whether or not to have the business cards professionally printed or not. We do suggest that churches have the cards professionally printed and to give them out freely to all of their members to encourage them to participate. However, we do have card templates that anyone can download for free to print on their own printer off of their PC. In reality, you don't have to even have a card...one participant has told us that he didn't have a card with him at a drive-thru line, so he tore off the corner of a piece of paper and hand-wrote "paid4u.com" on it to give to the recipient.
